LAKELAND, Fla. - Some drivers in Florida were met with an aggressive jaywalker as they made their commute earlier this week.

A Facebook video posted by Sherese Walker shows several drivers encounter with a huge alligator as it crossed all four lanes of Sleepy Hill Road in Lakeland Tuesday. The roadway runs near several condominiums and vacation spots.

The video shows the gator narrowly dodging traffic as it travels from one side of the road to the other. 

The animals eventually crawls under one vehicle, which came to a stop, before walking back toward a wooded area near Meadow View Lake.
