BATON ROUGE- It's too late to register to vote for Saturday's statewide elections, but Louisiana residents have until Wednesday to sign-up to participate in the Nov. 21 runoff.
    
Eligible residents have until midnight Wednesday to register to vote online.
    
Residents can also register in-person daily until close of business at parish registrars of voters offices as well as state Office of Motor Vehicles, state social service agencies and armed forces recruitment locations.
