MIAMI - Tropical Storm Julia is bringing heavy rain to the northeast coast of Florida and southeast Georgia.

The National Hurricane Center in Miami some areas could get up to 6 inches of rain through Friday.

And forecasters say an isolated tornado is possible today across coastal Georgia and southern South Carolina.
