BATON ROUGE -  All lanes of I-10W are now open after a two vehicle crash previously shut down the area near the Mississippi River Bridge. This after the semi-truck struggle closing I-110 for hours this morning.

Heavy delays still have pushed traffic back to the I-10/I-12 split.
