Teen arrested at Broadmoor HS, accused of threats
BATON ROUGE - Sheriff's deputies arrested a 16-year-old student at Broadmoor High School Friday morning and accused him of making threats against the school.
An East Baton Rouge Parish Schools spokesperson said the teen threatened his teacher and made terrorizing threats against the school, which is when sheriff's deputies were notified.
After his arrest deputies said the teen started trying to kick out the back window and gate partition in the car he was in, so the deputies pepper-sprayed him.
Deputies charged the boy with assault for the threats.
