Suspected shooter in parking lot murder still at large
BATON ROUGE - Police identified the man suspected of killing another man in a parking lot earlier this week as Glenn Spears of Baton Rouge.
Spears was wanted as of Christmas evening. He will be charged with first degree murder, armed robbery and illegal use of weapon once he's caught, police said in a news release.

Earlier Thursday, police said 25-year-old Gabrielle Rogers and 23-year-old D'mon Spears were arrested in connection with the shooting death of George Reusch Jr. Monday night.

Police said Rogers and Spears along with Gleen Spears arrived at 5110 Corporate Blvd. to meet Reusch Jr. for a drug deal. During the transaction, BRPD said Reush Jr. was killed by Glenn Spears, D'mon Spears' brother.

BRPD also said Rogers brought her 5-year-old son to the transaction.
Rogers and Spears were booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on principal to first degree murder charges. Police said Rogers was also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.
