Salvation Army to open distribution center Monday in Gonzales
GONZALES - The Salvation Army will open a distribution center in Gonzales on Monday, Aug. 29.
The distribution and limited case management center will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will be located at 218 E Bayou Narcisse St. in Gonzales.
Food, water, toiletries, and limited cleaning supplies will be distributed as they are available. Anyone affected by the floods is welcome to the center to receive assistance.
The Salvation Army also reminds it is still serving out of the old Mervyn's in the Cortana mall.
