Police: Lone shooter dead after attack at high school near Seattle
MARYSVILLE, Wash.- Police in Washington state say a shooter is dead after attack at a high school north of Seattle.
Marysville Police Commander Robb Lamoureux said Friday the shooter was a student and could not say if anyone else was wounded.
Students were evacuated from Marysville-Pilchuck High School in Marysville, shortly after the shooting.
The latest school shooting in the region happened at Seattle Pacific University, where a gunman killed one student and wounded two others on June 5.
