BATON ROUGE – St. Louis Street in front of the City Court building in downtown Baton Rouge will become a one-way, authorities announced on Tuesday.

St. Louis Street between North Boulevard and Government Street will become a one way beginning Nov. 2, according to the East Baton Rouge City-Parish Department of Transportation and Drainage Traffic Engineering Division.
