BATON ROUGE - Louisiana State Police are looking for a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run accident that left Amber Sandifer, 29, injured Monday.

According to State troopers, Sandifer was traveling westbound on Jefferson Highway when she was struck by a yellow Scion tC traveling northbound on Bluebonnet Boulevard towards US Hwy 61.

Troopers say that the yellow Scion tC is possibly a 2004-2010 model car with a bright yellow paint job and will have damage to the left front fender, headlight, and front bumper area.
