Man claims medical blunders cost him his legs
FORT WORTH, TEXAS- A man claims of series of blunders during weight-loss surgery led to the amputation of both of his legs and he's suing for medical malpractice. Carlos Saucedo claims doctors mistakenly cut his aorta, which led to blood loss and a lack of circulation in his legs during the weight-loss procedure. He claims he was taken to another hospital where doctors were slow to diagnose his condition which led to organ failure. He then sued them as well. The weight-loss operation was gastric sleeve surgery, which restricts food intake.
