Major League Football launches new website
LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. - Major League Football, Inc., a new, professional spring-football league scheduled to kick off in 2016, today announced it has launched its new official MLFB website.
To support the increased interest of the league, is its players, fans and football related content, MLFB has upgraded and relaunched its website, www.mlfb.com. The site upgrade includes additional information about the league, its history and mission, its comparison to other spring football ventures, and the value of the league's play during a "content gap" of televised sports which MLFB will fill with professional football.
"As we get set for our inaugural 2016 MLFB season, we've been pleased with the overwhelming support by our fans about our new Spring Football League", said Nick Athan Vice-President of Media Relations for Major League Football.
As reported on December 10, 2015, Major League Football reported it has entered into negotiations with 15 potential host cities for a future 2016 MLFB franchise and has chosen to field eight teams for the upcoming season. Due to the high level of interest by cities, the league has already engaged in expansion negotiations for the 2017 MLFB season.
