BAKER - A longtime coach at Baker High School, Larry Thomas, passed away early Sunday morning. He was 79 years old.

Family of Thomas confirmed to WBRZ that he died peacefully Sunday morning. Thomas, known as "Coach Thomas" to students, coached various sports, including football, over his 33 years at the high school.
