Livingston Parish to reopen waterways Monday evening
LIVINGSTON- Livingston Parish will reopen its waterways Monday at 5 p.m.
Parish President Layton Ricks and the Livingston Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness announced the reopening Monday, July 27.
The waterways were closed Friday night due to potentially dangerous weather conditions and rising water from Hurricane Hanna in the Gulf of Mexico.
