Illness closes 3 schools in northwest Louisiana district
MANSFIELD, La. (AP) - Crews are sanitizing three schools in one Louisiana district.
KSLA-TV reports the elementary, middle and high school campuses in Mansfield were shut down Friday due to illnesses. Officials say there have been confirmed flu cases and flulike symptoms among students there.
Cleaning crews began sanitizing the schools Friday.
Classes are expected to resume Monday morning.
