FSU sued over rape investigation
TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA- Florida State University was sued by a woman who claimed FSU quarterback Jameis Winston raped her.
Winston was cleared by the school last month. The woman claims FSU violated her rights by trying to stop the investigation into her allegations.
The university president says the suit is without merit. The woman is a former FSU student who claimed Winston attacker her two years ago. This week, Winston declared his eligibility for the NFL draft.
