Fire causes heavy traffic on I-10 at Whiskey Bay
BATON ROUGE - The right lane was blocked on I-10 West near the Whiskey Bay exit due to a vehicle fire.
Now both lanes are opened.
The interstate is congested with traffic 14 miles in length.
