At 6-foot-2 and 260 pounds, Dunham senior quarterback Mike Williams is a freight train to bring down.

"When there's a big collision, he always gets up smiling and laughing about," said head coach Neil Wiener. I think it's fun for him."

Williams isn't your typical size quarterback, but number ten can do it all.

From arm strength to pure power, Mike Williams has all the intangibles to be a great football player.

"He's a rare jewel as far as high school athletes with that size, speed, power," Weiner said. It makes my job easy calling plays that's for sure."
This season Williams has racked up 23 total touchdowns on the ground and through the air making him one of the most exciting players in our area.
"Coach Wiener told us my sophomore year play the game like Jesus would," said Williams. If Jesus was playing he would be playing full out 100-percent full speed.  So, that's how I try to play."

For Williams this is just the beginning.

The possibilities of playing at the next level are much further than just the quarterback position, Williams has already received attention from power five schools like LSU and Alabama on the defensive side of the football.

"I really think he's a defensive guy," admitted Weiner. When he gets the opportunity to really focus on one side of the ball, I think he'll be an animal at the next level."

"I would say a middle linebacker or a defensive end type," Williams agreed. You know like an Arden Key Type player."
