EBR coroner reports 8 more coronavirus deaths over past week
BATON ROUGE - On Wednesday, EBR Parish Coroner William "Beau" Clark released a statement saying that his office has investigated five additional virus-related fatalities in the past week.
Among the victims who died this week was a 29-year-old woman who spent more than a month in the hospital. All were said to have co-morbidities.

At this time, a total of 263 ncoronavirus related deaths have occurred among East Baton Rouge Parish residents, as well as two deaths of out of state residents (both from the Woodville, MS area) at Baton Rouge area hospitals.
