Early morning fire destroys Goodwood Ave. home
BATON ROUGE – Fire destroyed a home in the 6000 block of Goodwood Ave. early Sunday morning.
Baton Rouge Firefighters arrived around 2:00 a.m. to the home fully engulfed in flames.
At daybreak, firefighters were back out at the home spraying more water on hot spots.
The vacant home was a total loss.
