PITKIN - Police are investigating a single-vehicle accident that killed three people on Louisiana Highway 113.

Perkins was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. He was later pronounced dead. His two passengers, identified as 69-year-old Janice N. Perkins and 88-year-old Marie F. Powell, also died as a result of the crash. All three were from Pitkin, Louisiana.
