BATON ROUGE - Authorities are responding to a crash involving a school bus and a tree service truck.

The crash happened on Victoria Gardens Court on Friday afternoon.

According to students, eight or nine students from Thrive Academy were on the bus when the bus and truck collided.

Several windows on the bus are shattered as a result of the collision.

A News 2 crew is at the scene working to get more details.
