Building collapses in Tel Aviv construction zone
TEL AVIV, Israel - Israel's national rescue service says at least two people are dead after a multilevel underground parking garage at a construction site collapsed today in Tel Aviv. Some 22 people were injured and authorities say four people are still missing in the rubble.
