BRPD assisting New Orleans police in search for missing woman
BATON ROUGE – The Baton Rouge Police Department is assisting police in New Orleans in the search for a missing woman.
Chanda Smith, 38, went missing around 1 p.m. from the Sheraton Hotel in the 500 block of Canal Street on Sunday, June 26.
Smith is a white female, 5'2 in height, 110 pounds, has brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing an emerald green, eyelet sundress. She was also wearing a white cardigan with quarter length sleeves.
Smith is without her daily required medication. According to BRPD, no foul play is suspected.
