SHREVEPORT - Police are investigating the discovery of a man's body behind a Shreveport business.

KSLA TV reports the body was found behind Labor Finders just before 6:30 a.m. Thursday.

The businesses' general manger says an employee discovered the body when he went to the back of the business to get a van used to transport workers.

Officials say a gun was found at the feet of the victim and additional evidence was found across the street at a U-Haul rental and storage unit.

The victim has not yet been identified and the cause of death is not yet known.
