Birdwatching causing delays on I-10 in Baton Rouge
BATON ROUGE- The white pelicans are back in the LSU lakes, and drivers are slowing down to get a good look.
There is heavy traffic on I-10 westbound from the Bluebonnet Boulevard to Dalrymple Drive on Thursday morning, after the morning rush.
No accidents or breakdowns have been reported.
