Believers take bigger risks
BOSTON- People are more likely to seek out and take risks when they think about God beforehand, according to a recent study published in the Association for Psychological Sciences.
Researchers found those who were reminded of God were more willing to engage in various risky behaviors, like skydiving and gambling.
The study says believers tend to view God as a source of security and perceive less danger in risky situations.
