ELIZABETH, N.J. - The mayor of Elizabeth, New Jersey says authorities have found five devices in a bag that was discovered Sunday night in a trash can.

One of the devices exploded as a bomb squad was trying to disarm it with a robot.

The bag was found near a New Jersey train station, prompting officials to suspend some transit service.
