SYDNEY - Investigators in Australia say four people were killed today while on an amusement park ride at Dreamworld in Queensland.

Officials say the two women and two men were on a river rapids ride, which takes people in circular rafts along a fast-moving, man-made river.

Investigators say two people were thrown from the ride and two others were caught inside and trapped under water or caught up in the machinery.
