BATON ROUGE - Thursday night, downtown Baton Rouge will be filled with the smell of Jambalaya thanks to the 30th annual Jambalaya Jam.

More than 40 teams will compete for the title of best jambalaya. 

The Jam will be from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. on the corner of North Boulevard and Lafayette street. 

Tickets can be purchased at the Jam -- $10 for an all-you-can-eat pass.
