2 people killed in severe weather
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - At least two people have been killed after tornadoes touched down in the upper Midwest and northern Arkansas Tuesday.
An emergency official in Illinois says one person was killed in the town of Ottawa when a tree uprooted.
The other person was killed when an apparent tornado ripped through Perry County in Missouri.
The sping-like storm system poses a risk to 45 million people.
