RACELAND- Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre says a shooting at a Raceland house party left one man dead and three others wounded.
Twenty-year-old Tra'von Folse, of Raceland, died at a hospital after being shot in the abdomen.
The sheriff said deputies received calls early Sunday morning about multiple people shot at a house party on Market Street in Raceland. He says a 23-year-old man shot in the neck and arm was airlifted to University Medical Center in New Orleans.
Webre says two other men, ages 20 and 24, were treated for gunshot wounds to the buttocks and neck, respectively, and released.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
