Video of Winston's crab legs theft released
TALLAHASSEE, FL - Police have released the video of Heisman Trophy winner Jamies Winston's seafood theft that landed him in trouble.
The Florida State University quarterback was issued a citation for shoplifting on April 29th. The video released by police shows Winston at the food of a Publix near campus. After he receives $32 worth of crab legs and crawfish, he slowly walks around the store, stopping to look at several items before he walks out of the front door without paying.
Winston, who is also the baseball team's closer, was suspended from the team while he completed 20 hours of community service. Winston contends that the theft was accidental.
