Victim identified in N. 38 murder
BATON ROUGE - Family members of a man left murdered on the street last week announced the creation of a benefit fund for him today.
Everette Duane Crosley was found dead on N. 38th St. and police still have not arrested a suspect.
Friends described him as a "Jack of all trades" who would help with gardening.
Crosley was homeless at the time of his death and did not have insurance. Donations to the fund would help with burial costs.
For those who want to help, go to any Hancock bank and ask to donate to "The Benefit Fund of Everette Crosley" at the account number 044796683.
