Shedding light on HIV and AIDS in Louisiana
BATON ROUGE - Today the director of the HIV/AIDS Alliance for Region Two, or HAART, helped shed some light on the disease.
Executive Director Timothy Young talked about why Baton Rouge leads the country in cases per capita.
He says one reason why it's high is because these diseases are sexually transmitted, and some people don't think they are at risk.
