School science project leads to arsenic investigation
BATON ROUGE - A study that started as a middle school project quickly transformed as a school safety investigation.
This follows a News 2 Investigation of contaminated playgrounds around East Baton Rouge Parish.
Two students, Jalen Scott and Desirae Gardner, stopped by the studio to talk about their part in the project and their plans for the future.
Both are published in a scientific journal.
