GONZALES - Gonzales Police say autopsy results didn't turn up any medical indications as to why an Oregon woman went the wrong way on the interstate earlier this week, killing herself and one other driver in a head-on collision.

Brenda Quiett of Portland, Ore. was identified as the driver who got on I-10 east at the Sorrento exit, and drove the wrong way for nearly two exits before crashing head-on with a vehicle driven by Peggy Foretenberry.

Sgt. Steve Nethken with Gonzales Police said they are still waiting for toxicology results from the autopsy to come back, which will take some time.

Investigators say Quiett arrived in New Orleans November 15th. She visited with family in the Baton Rouge area from the 18th until the 28th, then checked out of a hotel Tuesday.
