BATON ROUGE- LSU Police released a photo of the man wanted for the alleged rape of a 21-year old woman during the LSU and Texas A&M game.

Investigators said the rape occurred in a portable toilet between Francioni Hall and the Food Science Building. When the victim reported the rape on Nov. 23 around 3 p.m., the toilet was immediately processed. Court documents show Ford told the victim he would "snap her neck" if she screamed.

Crime scene investigators obtained a discarded condom in the toilet and sent it to the State Police Crime Lab. Forensic experts tested it for DNA evidence and found it matched a man named Albert Carlos Ford, who was already in the database in Georgia.

"We worked through it pretty quickly and were able to identify that suspect," LSU Police Lt. Marshal Walters said.

LSU Police would not say why Ford's DNA was in the system in Georgia. Instead, we were referred to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. They would not release any information about his case to News 2. No one would say whether they believe Ford is still in the Baton Rouge area.

Katelyn Petitfils is an LSU student and a former rape victim.

"No matter if you were intoxicated or not intoxicated, no one deserves to go through a traumatic experience like that," she said.

Petitfils said she was attacked at the age of 15 but doesn't mind talking about how she overcame a very dark point in her life.

"You struggle with flashbacks and things and never really feel the same," Petitfils said. "But for me when I found the Lord, he can make the heart new again and I don't struggle with that anymore."

Petitfils said since her rape, she hasn't let her guard down. LSU Police said that's good advice.

"No female should be walking by themselves during a football game," Petitfils said. "There's more people than normal walking around campus."

Call authorities if you know of the whereabouts of Albert Carlos Ford. He faces aggravated rape charges.
