Overnight fire at rubber recycling business
BATON ROUGE- Firefighters are investigating a fire that broke out overnight at a recycling business in East Baton Rouge.
The fire was extinguished, but not before it severely damaged the facility.
The fire was reported just before midnight off Springfield Road and Scenic Highway. The highway was temporarily shut down while crews battled the blaze, but it's been re-opened.
