One dead, another injured after South 15 Street shooting

UPDATE: Police have arrested Joshua Johnson, 25, in the June 2018 killing.
Police said a dispute between the two is believed to have prompted the shooting.
Johnson was booked on charges of first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder.

BATON ROUGE - Police are investigating a shooting that left one person dead and another injured Monday morning.
Around 1:40 a.m. officers responded to a shooting in the 1200 block of South 15th Street. Authorities say one victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim has been identified as 31-year-old Johnny Warren.
A second victim was transported to an area hospital with apparent gunshot injuries. Police say he is expected to survive.
Investigators believe that the victims were inside a vehicle when the suspect(s) began firing into the vehicle. There are no known motives or suspects at this time.
