A worried voice can be heard on the radio, shouting: "may day, may day, west delta echo is on fire."

The platform fire happened Friday, killing one person and injured 11 people, including four who are bring treated at Baton Rouge General. One other person is still missing.

Elroy Corporal, 42, died.  Wilberto Llagan, 50, is being treated at BRG and is in good condition.  They worked for a company called Grand Isle Shipyard.  WBRZ checked online OSHA records, turns out, this is not the first time Grand Isle Shipyard workers have died on the job.
