LIVINGSTON PARISH- Incumbent Livingston Parish President Mike Grimmer has just conceded to challenger Layton Ricks.
Right now, with 54 of 79 precincts reporting Grimmer has 43% of the vote. Layton Ricks has 57% of the vote.
