LSU prepares Alex Box Stadium for NCAA Regional
BATON ROUGE - It was a busy day in Alex Box Stadium as the LSU Tigers prepared for the Baton Rouge NCAA Regional.
Behind the scenes, workers loaded player pictures and graphics for all four teams in the regional.
LSU Director of Fan Experience Jason Suitt says the pressure is on for his crew.
"For our normal games we have weeks or months to prepare. In this instance we only have three or four days at most, and there's four teams we have to take care of," he said.
On the field, Assistant Director of Grounds Eric Fasbender makes sure the playing surface is at its best.
"We try to make sure everything is always crisp, tight and green. Playability-wise we're in good shape, but that's just something we carry over from the regular season," said Fasbender.
These crews ensure whether you're in the stadium or watching the game online, Alex Box Stadium will be ready.
