LSU fan video goes viral
BATON ROUGE - The LSU Tigers had just made a miraculous come back in overtime to send the game into a second extra session.
It was a stadium of wild fans cheering, but the ESPN cameras found Kiana Rogers. Her celebration went viral because of her enthusiasm and yelling a cuss word that could easily be seen.
"I felt like I was about to die, like this was a life or death situation, not a win or lose situation," said Rogers about the intensity of the moment.
Rogers is a freshman business management major from Franklin, La. She says although the intensity of her celebration is normal for her, the cursing is not.
"I actually don't curse. Like if I'm having a conversation with a friend, I'll say it in my head but I won't actually say it. I think it's dirty. But in that moment I wasn't thinking about what I was saying, I was just going crazy and everything," said Rogers.
Social media and message boards made the assumption that Rogers was impaired. She responded to those claims by saying, "I was not drunk, I was not on anything else if you know what I mean, it was just me."
Rogers hopes to continue her 15 minutes of fame and end up on a nationally televised talk show.
