BATON ROUGE - The Bayou Country Superfest has officially kicked off and LSU's campus will echo with the sounds of some of country music's finest for the entire weekend.
WYNK Country's Sam McGuire was outside of the stadium and caught an interview with Nashville trio Gloriana who have the opening festival slot tomorrow.
While they are a newer arrival onto the country music scene, the band has already charted multiple hits and debut single "Best Night Ever" from their third studio album is getting increasing amounts of airplay throughout the country.
Their appearance on the Superfest stage this year will mark the second time they have played Tiger Stadium as they were on the bill of the inaugural Bayou Country Superfest.
The band will be signing autographs and greeting fans outside of the stadium at the free Fan Fest on Saturday at 3:30 p.m.
Gloriana takes the Bayou Country Superfest stage on Saturday at 5.pm.
