Ingredients for lamb chops topped with tapenade:
-2 Lamb chops
-1 tbsp. Olives
-1 tbsp.Salt and Pepper
Chef McCann says to sear the lamb chops at preferred temperature. Dice the ingredients and mix together to create the tapenade marinade to top off on the lamb chops.
