BATON ROUGE- Dinner Lab is a New Orleans-based company that does pop-up dinners in various cities across the country. They feature up-and-coming chefs with unique ingredients prepared in a unique way.
The company keeps the restaurant location a surprise until the night before the dinners to give the events a spontaneous and exciting feeling.
This morning, Chef Anne Milneck from Red Stick Spice Company stopped by 2une In to tell us a little more about Dinner Lab and Slow Food Baton Rouge.
Slow Food Baton Rouge is the local chapter of a national company that works to connect consumers with local food ways. The group uses their school garden programs to strengthen relationships between farmers, food artisans, and consumers.
