Colo. shooting hearings impact Baton Rouge victim
BATON ROUGE - The Colorado theater massacre court hearings are happening in another state, but they are impacting a victim in Louisiana.
Bonnie Kate Pourciau survived the shooting, which happened in July. She was shot in the leg.
Pourciau and other victims of the shooting are invited to attend court hearings in Aurora, Colorado. The accused shooter is 25-year-old James Holmes.
Pourciau doesn't plan to attend the hearings in person. She has the option to listen to on-line hearing debriefs for witnesses and their families.
