Cameron Robinson chooses Alabama
WEST MONROE, La. - When was the last time you thought LSU recruiting was falling behind? The Tigers started the 2014 recruiting year behind the usual SEC powers for the top preps around the country, and the nation's TOP recruit(according to 247 Composite rankings) just chose archrival Alabama over LSU.
6-foot-5, 330-pound offensive tackle Cameron Robinson chose the Tide over LSU and Texas A&M, following childhood friend and fellow 'Bama commit Cameron Sims.
The Tigers are still in the running for much of Louisiana's top talent, but missing out on Robinson and Sims certainly has the Bayou Bengals playing catch up.
