NEW ROADS - Dozens of teens gathered for the grand opening of "Tesa's Place," a safe cafe for teens. The place is named after Tesa Middlebrook, the Pointe Coupee Central teen who was bullied to death. She hanged herself earlier this year after being harassed at school.
